Assignment for October 27th:

Integrate your character into a setting and interactive scenario on the WWW.

Part 1: for class discussion on Nov 3) Create a backstory, purpose and motivation for your character. Prototype a character dialog in the Character Maker;
Part 2: for presentation on Nov 16) Integrate this piece with a visual animation for your character. Translate the dialog into expressive text for the character, possibly using Wigglet.

Readings and Viewings for October 27th:

• Watch several of the animated films available in IC. Look for characteristics which allow the animator to quickly convey motivation and emotion.
