Jane Weinzapfel, FAIA, is an architect and principal in the firm of Leers, Weinzapfel Associates, with specialized skills in design direction for complex, large scale projects. Ms Weinzapfel has special interests in the areas of transportation, urban design and facilities for science and education.

Ms Weinzapfel has taught architectural design at MIT's School of Architecture. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Boston Society of Architects and has been a Board Member of the Women's Transportation Seminar. She recently served on the Transportation Advisory Commission for the City of Boston.
Ms. Weinzapfel received the Bachelor of Architecture degree form the University of Arizona (1966) and is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, holding NCARB certification.
